Apart from the National Talent Quest, the JAMBOREE CONCERT is the Capital Country Music Association's major event during the annual Tamworth Country Music Festival in January
The JAMBOREE has been staged every year since 1968 and is, in fact, six years older than the iconic Tamworth Country Music Festival.
The JAMBOREE has been a major component of the annual Festival since it began in 1973 - indeed, the fact there had already been a major event running on the January long weekend when 2TM decided to launch the Golden Guitar Awards, made the Festival a festival.
In 2013, as usual, the JAMBOREE will feature all of the winners from the National Talent Quest conducted over the two previous days.
In addition, we will have a number of special guest artists and special guest presenters during the afternoon - the show kicks off at 1:30pm
